Ambiguity is starting material.
Most designers want a brief. I want the problem before the brief existed. Every clarification narrows the solution space — until the product almost designs itself.
Strategic Discovery. Behavioral Design. Scalable Systems.
I design for problems without obvious answers. 18 years of systems thinking applied end-to-end — from discovery through execution — turning ambiguity into products that work. I specialize in 0→1 product design, design systems, and behavioral design that shapes how users actually engage.
Reframing engagement for 14M+ users — from feature direction to behavioral design framework.
Research-led redesign of a global quotation platform — prompting a 135-country organization to establish UX as a discipline.
I had the pleasure of hiring and managing Eduardo at Couchsurfing, where he redesigned our consumer website — building a comprehensive design system, conducting in-depth UX/UI research, and delivering high-impact designs that improved engagement and conversion. I later hired him again for a personal project, where he brought the same creativity and rigor. He's a proactive problem solver, a collaborative team player, and a top-tier product designer.

Eduardo combines strategic vision with exceptional execution in a way few designers do. At Segware, he led our entire rebrand, shaped product design across our full portfolio, and had a rare talent for translating business needs into design that drives real results. Proactive, collaborative, and consistently outstanding — he's an essential asset to any team.

Eduardo was my first design manager — and he had a defining impact on my career. He introduced me to UX/UI and taught me to treat design with absolute precision, pixel by pixel. His perfectionism? Still haunts me, in the best way possible. Any team would be lucky to have him leading the way.

My process starts with problem framing, not screens. I use continuous discovery to understand what's actually worth building, then apply structured thinking — JTBD, behavioral science, hypothesis-driven validation — to move from ambiguity to solutions with real impact. I treat design systems as philosophy, not component libraries: systematic foundations that enable teams to ship with consistency at scale.
Ambiguity is the material. Structure is the craft.
